Group Training*
Small Group Training, typically 4 - 10 people, is available for a variety of fitness activities, including strength training, core and flexibility sessions, TRX classes, boot camps, yoga, and Pilates.
These semi-private sessions are sold in packages of 4 week intervals that allow you to meet with your Personal Fitness Professional in a small group setting.
