People on the Move: Local personal trainer featured in national fitness magazine

Mentor – Local ACE Certified Personal Trainer Tammy Polenz, owner of Keyfit Personal Training and Post-Rehabilitation in Mentor, was featured in the January 2003 issue of a national magazine Oxygen (Robert Kennedy’s Women’s Fitness).  Polenz was profiled in a special column which spotlights the stars of tomorrow, called The Future of Fitness.
