Deep Tissue Massage
By using slow concentrated pressure on affected areas of the body chronic pain is released where muscles are most tense. It focuses on deeper layers of soft tissue including muscle, tendons and fascia. Request an appointment time.
Neuromuscular Massage
This therapy involves deep tissue massage, which is applied to individual muscles. It increases blood flow, can reduce pain, and releases pressure on nerves due to injuries. Neuromuscular massage aids in the release of trigger points, where pain originates. Relieving a trigger point in your back, for example, could help ease shoulder or neck pain and reduce headaches.

This therapy focuses on the fascia in order to relieve pain in the body's musculoskeletal system. Myofascial release employs skillful manipulation to realign the body by releasing tension in the fascia. This therapy can be done during and after pregnancy. It focuses on the special needs of a woman during this time in order to minimize the physical and emotional discomforts of pregnancy, childbirth, and post-delivery.
