Sharon Knecht has been in the Fitness industry for over 18 years.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from Cleveland State University and achieved certifications from ACSM, NASM and ACE.   She began her fitness career as an adjunct faculty member at CSU where she taught physical education courses. 

 As Regional Director of Education at Bally Total Fitness she helped develop the company’s personal training program and was instrumental in the development of B-fit training educational materials for employee education.  She became a spokesperson for BTF as the fitness expert for the Lifetime TV Tour and was selected to launch training programs in the international markets including China and Korea. 

 

Steve Rosen is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Resilience Capital Partners. Mr. Rosen and his firm provide acquisition capital to underperforming companies and companies in bankruptcy.

Mr. Rosen is a member of many professional organizations and serves on the corporate Board of Directors for several companies. Mr. Rosen earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and has a Masters of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.

 

Kathleen O’Leary Havelka is the Global Business Manager of the Consumer Products Division at Lubrizol.  As a senior level manager she has over 16 years experience in product and business development across a diverse range of businesses.  Kathleen was identified early in her career as a future leader of the corporation and as such participated in Lubrizol’s leadership development program. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University.
