Local ACE Certified Personal Trainer Tammy Polenz, owner of Vedas (formerly know as Keyfit) Personal Training and Post-Rehabilitation in Mentor, was featured in the January 2003, issue of national magazine, Oxygen.  Polenz was profiled in a special column which spotlights the stars of tomorrow, called “The Future of Fitness.”  “It feels wonderful to be recognized on a national level for the dedication I have given to fitness.”
